This operation must be done from the receptionist station only. (usually 20 or 200) It will allow you to set the date, day and time.
| To Set the Date: |

Place the handset on hook. |
| 2. |
Press intercom #651 |
| 3. |
Enter the date in YYMMDD format. Using a leading 0 for single digit month or day. |
| 4. |
Press # to save and you will hear a confirmation tone. |
| 5. |
Press speaker to end programming. |
| To Set the Time: |
| 1. |
Place the handset on hook. |
| 2. |
Press intercom #652 |
| 3. |
Enter the time in hour/minute/second in 24-hour clock format HHMMSS. |

Press # to save settings. |
| To Set the Day: |
| 1. |
Place the handset on hook |
| 2. |
Press intercom #653 |
| 3. |
Enter the day using the following chart.
1 = Sunday, 2 = Monday, 3 = Tuesday, 4 = Wednesday,
5 = Thursday, 6 = Friday, 7 = Saturday |

Press the speaker to end programming mode. |
| Hint: If these instructions do not work for your system try entering the command again but leave off the # sign in front of the 651,652, or 653 codes. |

At the 81 level. enter 000. |

Press the HOLD key. |

Enter the year (two characters), month (two characters), and day (two characters). Note: To clear an entry or existing data, press the FLASH key. |
