TOSHIBA CIX/CTX
This operation must be done from the receptionist station only. (usually 20 or 200) It will allow you to set the date, day and time.

To Set the Date:
1.	Place the handset on hook.
2.	Press intercom #651
3.	Enter the date in YYMMDD format. Using a leading 0 for single digit month or day.
4.	Press # to save and you will hear a confirmation tone.
5.	Press speaker to end programming.
To Set the Time:
1.	Place the handset on hook.
2.	Press intercom #652
3.	Enter the time in hour/minute/second in 24-hour clock format HHMMSS.
4.	Press # to save settings.
To Set the Day:
1.	Place the handset on hook
2.	Press intercom #653
3.	Enter the day using the following chart. 1 = Sunday, 2 = Monday, 3 = Tuesday, 4 = Wednesday, 5 = Thursday, 6 = Friday, 7 = Saturday
4.	Press # to save
5.	Press the speaker to end programming mode.
*Hint: If these instructions do not work for your system try entering the command again but leave off the # sign in front of the 651,652, or 653 codes.*

4.	Enter the year (using 4 digits)
5.	Enter the month (using 2 digits)
6.	Enter the date (using 2 digits)
7.	Enter the hour (using 24 hour format — 2 digits)
8.	Enter the minute (using 2 digits)
9.	Press ON / OFF

Panasonic DBS 576
Set System Date/Time/Day

1.	At a telephone with a COS that allows user login, press the ON/OFF key.
2.	Press the PROG key
3.	Press the key twice (*).
4.	Press the CONF key.
5.	At the 81 level. enter 000.
6.	Press the HOLD key.
7.	Enter the year (two characters), month (two characters), and day (two characters). Note: To clear an entry or existing data, press the FLASH key.
8.	Press the HOLD key.
9.	Enter the hour (two characters) and minute (two characters). Note: To clear an entry or existing data, press the FLASH key.
10.	Press the HOLD key.
11.	Enter the day of week where 1 = Mon, 2 = Tues., 3= Wed., 4 = Thurs., 5 = Fri., 6 = Sat., 0 = Sun. Note: To Clear an entry or existing data, press the FLASH key
12.	Press the HOLD key to store the entry.
13.	To return to the top menu level (81), press the PROG key. OR..... To exit the User Maintenance mode, press the ON/OFF key.

Comdial DXP, DXP Plus, & FX
Setting the System Clock
To program the system clock for current date and time, from ext. 10 or 100

1.	Press INTERCOM
2.	Dial * # 0 1.
3.	Dial two digits (01-12) for month.
4.	Dial two digits (01-31) for day.
5.	Dial two digits (00-99) for year.
6.	Dial two digits (00-23) for hour. Example: 8:15 = 2015 (enter 20 for hour)
7.	Dial two digits (00-59) for minute.
8.	Dial # to save.
9.	Press SPEAKER to end.
