CHANGING YOUR MAIN GREETING REMOTELY

1) Panasonic Courier & IFM:
- Call your office; when auto attendant answers,
- Press *999
- When prompted for password dial 1111
- Press 3
- Select greeting by dialing a two digit code (default day greeting is 01)
- Follow voice prompts to record greeting
2) TOSHIBA Stratagy iES32
- Call your office; when auto attendant answers,
- Press *990
- When prompted for password dial 990#
- Press 3
- Press 1
- Select greeting by dialing 1 - 7 (default day greeting is 1)
- Press 2 to re-record
3) ESI
- Call your office; when auto attendant answers,
- Enter * * 4 5 6 # (or the new password you've assigned)
- You’ll hear prompts that will allow you to change the answer mode (day, night or holiday)
- and/or to re-record the holiday greeting. Follow the prompts to perform the desired operation.
- Exit by pressing * and hanging up.
