How do I program my personal speed dial numbers?

1. Press the ON/OFF button
2. Press the PROG button
3. Press the speed dial button to program
4. Enter 9 plus the phone number to store
5. Press HOLD

How do I program my F F keys (Flexible Function) for intercom speed dial numbers?

1. Press the ON/OFF button
2. Press the PROG button
3. Press the F F key
4. Enter the extension number to program
5. Press HOLD

How do I transfer an outside call to another extension?

1. While on a call, press the DSS/BLF key of the extension (person)
2. Hang up

OR

1. While on a call, press the HOLD button
2. Dial the extension number
3. Hang up

How do I adjust the ringer volume on my phone?

1. Press the volume up or down while your phone is ringing

OR

1. While the phone is idle, press the ON/OFF button
2. Press the PROG button
3. Press # 9
4. Adjust with the volume buttons

1. From extension 10 or 100, press the ON/OFF button
2. Press the PROG button
3. Press the AUTO button
4. Dial the speed dial bin # (000-199 or 00-99 depending on your software level)
5. Enter 9 plus the telephone number to store
