How do I set the time?

1. Press the ON/OFF button
2. Press the PROG button
3. Dial "#3"
4. Enter the year (using 4 digits)
5. Enter the month (using 2 digits)
6. Enter the date (using 2 digits
7. Enter the hour (using 24 hour format — 2 digits)
8. Enter the minute (using 2 digits)
9. Press the ON/OFF button

How do I store system speed dials?

1. Press the ON/OFF button
2. Press the PROG button
3. Press the AUTO button
4. Dial a number between 000 and 199 (The first speed dial number should be 000, the second 001, the third 002,…
5. Dial 9 plus the telephone number (including area code)
6. Press the HOLD button
7. Press ON/OFF (repeat steps 2-6 to program additional numbers)

How do I store system speed dial names?

1. Press the ON/OFF button
2. Press the PROG button
3. Dial "# 1"
4. Press the AUTO button
5. Dial the system speed dial number (between 000 and 199)
6. Press the AUTO button until all letters are erased (including hyphen)
7. Use the keypad to spell name (Example: For the letter N press the number 6 twice. For the letter S press the number 7 three times.)
8. Press the FLASH button to move to the next space (always make sure you flash past the last letter)
9. Press the HOLD button when finished with the last letter
10. Press the ON/OFF button
