How do I transfer an outside call to another extension?

1. While on a call, press the button of the extension (person)
2. Hang up

OR

1. While on a call, press the HOLD button
2. Dial the extension number
3. Hang up

How do I adjust the ringer volume on my phone?

1. Press the volume up or down while your phone is ringing

OR

1. While the phone is idle, press the ON/OFF button
2. Press the PROG button
3. Press 9, then 1 to adjust the incoming ringer tone, or 2 for the intercom ringer tone
4. Adjust with the volume buttons

How do I establish a conference call?

1. While on a call, press HOLD
   (for an internal conference call) dial the employee's extension OR press his or her button
   OR
   (for an external conference call) press 9 for an outside line, then dial telephone number
2. Press CONF after called party answers

How do I program my personal speed dial numbers?

1. Press the ON/OFF button
2. Press the PROG button
3. Press the speed dial button to program
4. Enter 9 plus the phone number to store
5. Press HOLD
