How do I check my messages?
- To enter voicemail press the CHECK VOICEMAIL Button at your phone
OR
- Dial 400
- During the greeting dial * and your extension
THEN
- When prompted, enter your password (default 7777)
- Press 1 to listen to new messages
How do I check my messages from outside the office?
- Call into the office
- If someone answers have them press the HOLD button, dial extension 400 and hang up or if the Automated Attendant answers go to step 3
- During the main greeting dial * and your extension
- When prompted, enter your password (default 7777)
- Press 1 to listen to new messages
How do I transfer a call directly to voicemail?
- While on a call press the TRANSFER TO VOICEMAIL button
- Press the button for the person you wish to transfer to OR dial their extension
- Hang up
How do I record my personal greeting?
- Enter voicemail
- Press 5 to record your personal greeting (NOTE: The voicemail allows you to have up to 5 different greetings, each of them consisting of a Part 1 and Part 2. For simplicity these directions are for recording Part 1 of Greeting 1. This greeting is played for anyone who reaches your voicemail regardless of if you are on the phone, in Do Not Disturb, or simply just did not answer your phone)
- Select greeting 1 by Pressing 1
- Press 3 to record your greeting and press # when finished
- Press 1 to activate greeting
How do I record my name for the directory?
- Enter voicemail
- Press * to enter Setup menu
- Press 2 to record your name
