1. IVX S-Class Generation II requires optional Network Services Processor (NSP) installed at purchase; the other systems shown all have built-in NSPs. VIP ACD is not compatible with the ESI-50L Communications Server, IP E-Class Generation II, or IVX S-Class Generation II. IP E-Class Generation II supports only original VIP feature set.
