VIP ACD Supervisor/Agent

Most ESI phone systems include built-in automatic call distribution (ACD). While that’s always been an easy-to-use boost to any office’s productivity, ESI has now made it easier still — with VIP ACD.

As is true for other members of ESI’s VIP family of PC applications for use with Microsoft Outlook, VIP ACD’s has a familiar, intuitive Windows user interface is intuitive. This requires less training for supervisors and agents. VIP ACD helps your business:

  • Manage quality and maintain agent effectiveness using VIP ACD’s built-in communication tools in coordination with users of VIP Professional-compatible applications.

1. IVX S-Class Generation II requires optional Network Services Processor (NSP) installed at purchase; the other systems shown all have built-in NSPs. VIP ACD is not compatible with the ESI-50L Communications Server, IP E-Class Generation II, or IVX S-Class Generation II. IP E-Class Generation II supports only original VIP feature set.
