At Telelink Communications, we carefully select and evaluate the manufacturers of the systems we represent.

Each potential manufacturer and their system go through a stringent evaluation process. Part of this process includes an excellent rating on the following criteria:

	Does the manufacturer consistently produce reliable system components?
	What is their out-of-box failure rate (OFR)?
	What is the term of the product warranty?
	Does their technical support department operate in a "real-time" environment?
	What is the average on-hold time when we place a call to technical support?
	Are their products state-of-the-art and user-friendly?
	Are their products readily available?
	For how long do they alpha and beta test their new products before they are released?
	Do their products offer a good value based on their price?
	Will Telelink Communications be proud to represent their products?

In addition, the Communications Specialists at Telelink Communications are trained and certified on all products they service. We believe in the old adage, An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

All of our Technical Communication Specialists successfully complete classes taught by the manufacturer's representatives. In addition, monthly training classes are held at Telelink Communications’ facilities in Herndon, Virginia. In our ever-changing industry, we believe that ongoing training is imperative.
